Anyone know of a good food diary apps for android phones?

Hi there, I have decided to start writing a food/bm/pain/energy level etc diary so that I can track whether certain foods make me better/worse.

Basically I have just written out 2 weeks worth of titles (breakfast,lunch,tea,snacks etc) and thought to myself surely there's an easier way to log all this which wouldn't waste all that paper and would be easier to log when out and aboot?

I've had a quick look on the Android market place but can't seem to find anything suitable, just apps for calorie counting. I'm looking more for an app that you can just log your meals/drinks and then maybe a notes section to log bm's, pain, energy, meds taken etc.

Anyone know of, or use an app that does this?
