Anyone use/used Accutane?

I just saw a commercial on television- one of those lawyer ad's wanting to help people claim a class action lawsuit. It was asking if anyone used "Accutane" (I think that is for acne). If you used it and developed Irritable Bowel Disease, Crohn;s disease or Ulceritive Colitis they would like you to call. I have never used it but has anyone else?

Thanks David... wow. so there is some validity to those class action lawsuit commercials. Glad I never used it but I think my brother did.
