Honestly I only thought to look into this because a Mom I work with has a son with crohns and said that large amounts of serotonin makes her son flare. If he get's sun he feels better but if he get's too much sun he get's worse.
So I can see the research potentially working but a case study of 1 person isn't enough to draw a conclusion from so I'm hoping someone else knows something.
