At any rate ligands for the arh to active it are in diet,cruciferous veggies,soy,bee propolis.

If you remember some claim bee propolis helps with UC.

While pesticides are of course very important,what I am trying to show here is that you
can modify the gut immune system and tight junctions using plant derived ligands of the
AhR.
