So I was searching online yesterday and I ended up reading about the health benefits of avocado seeds. Apparently there are people who make tea with them or throw them into vitamix smoothies-or boil them and just eat them. I also read that they are high in potassium and help relieve stomach troubles and diarrhea- so maybe they'll help out a Crohnie? I'm not sure how valid all this is but I'm wondering if anyone has investigated this topic before.
