Per portion:
2 gingernut biscuits
1 banana
Spoonful of 'creme de leche' (caramel made from condensed milk, comes in a tin or bottle near the condensed and evaporated milk)

Crumble biscuits into a bowl. Chop banana into bowl. Drizzle over creme de leche. Eat.
 
what a tasty treat this is. Simple to make and a pleasure to indulge.
we do not have the creme de leche - i just boiled down the condensed milk to sticky caramel ...... oooh mama! Thanks

Ooooh!!! I might have to try making this soon. All I've been thinking of since I've been able to eat again is Banoffee Pie hehe! I keep seeing it everywhere I go but have so far resisted, think it's time I gave in!
