Belly pain with no other symptoms

Does anyone just get pain through out the day in their belly area? No diarrhea or gas.

hell yes! my stomach hurts nonstop (less so now since i had the diversion but my colon is still in there), even when i dont have to go to the bathroom or anything. the pain intensifiesd when the poo cramps came on and compared to that, the all day pain isnt bad lol at least that is how my body is.

strange thing is though....and maybe someone will know the answer...i have been told that you have no nerve endings in your intestines? i can poke my stoma and not feel it....i can feel pressure, but not touch. so what pain are we feeling then when we get poo cramps or just overall belly pain?

They are of the sensory type I believe. Sorry I couldn't find an article of more substance. I'm having trouble with my brain today

Sorry your tummy hurts. I'm not officially diagnosed yet but I have pains in my stomach all the time. Some feel like muscle spasms, other just pain.

Yes for as long as i can remember, I thought it normal til it got a lot worse 3 years ago. I'm not yet diagnosed, but crohns is suspected.
