I had asked a question previously on imuran and few members here gave their valuable suggestions and I am thankful to that.
I am 35 yr old Male diagnosed with Crohn's and presently on Imuran which was started 3 months ago at 50 mg twice day.
Me and my wife would like to extend our family and hence I wanted to know if Imuran or Biologics like Humira would be safe for fathering a child? The studies might not be out there but do you have any suggestions?
It appears that Imuran works by blocking DNA synthesis and Biologics work by blocking TNF alpha. May be biologics are safer than Imuran?
Just my thought.
