Bleeding from 3 places

Everytime I visit the toilet there is blood everywhere. I'm bleeding from fissures, hemorrhoids & from my stricture. Last night I also lost a very large blood clot about 3"x2" that just sat on top of the rest of what I'd done. I've been on the phone to my specialist nurse & tbf she is brilliant & has assured me that although it looks terrible I mustn't worry too much. Also seeing the Specialist next week to discuss the results of my recent Ultrasound which showed the stricture is tiny but extremely narrow, only about 2cm long. His words to me on the phone were it will have to come out (been dilated twice).
So I'm going to have to have the fissure & hemorrhoids sorted before I have the surgery for the stricture. Being that after surgery I will get torrents of diarrhea that will stress my rectum to the limit. I'm a bit confused about it all but if this can all be sorted I remain convinced this is going to benefit me longterm.
