Blood test question

Why is it I feel like crap and I have all the symptoms of a vitamin deficiency but when I have a blood test to check it out it always comes back as normal. It's really starting to piss me off. Is this a normal thing for crohn's?

What vitamins did they test? B12, iron, folate & vitamin D?

High inflammation levels, CRP and Sed rate can also cause exhaustion and ill feeling.

They have tested for all of had a complete workup about a month ago, all fine apart from low iron stores which i've had for years.

What vitamins did they test? B12, iron, folate & vitamin D?

Don't think so as my day to day crohn's aren't bad I get very little pain and only get diarrhea if i eat the wrong thing.

Inflammation can be present with little to no symptoms at the beginning. Did the blood work show no inflammation?

To be honest the doctor never tells me my white blood cell count unless it up so not sure on that one. i'm not on any meds at the moment and haven't been on any for over a year now, so the doc mustn't be concerned.
