Calcium and meds absorption

I don't know if I asked this before, but can Calcium be taken along with meds or will it affect their absorption? i take Calcium citrate ones...

It is fine to take calcium as far as I know.

My doc regularly put me on them when I'm on Pred.

I think it depends on the meds, so I would talk to your pharmacist. I don't remeber which med I was taking, but I was told not to take calcium within a two hour window of taking the tablet. If it is a concern of yours, you might try staggering the calcium tablets between the doses of your other medications.
