Hi everyone I'm looking advise I'm seeing my consultant on Thursday I'm under investigation for Crohn's I'v worte all down in a series as to what's happening with me to date but I would like to ask him some questions on Thursday all I can think of atm is what else could this possibly be and how long will it take to complete the investigations has anyone any good suggestions any help is appreciated. ??

1. What are the other candidate diagnoses currently being considered other than Crohn's?
2. If after the current tests we still don't have a diagnosis, what is the next step after that?
3. Even prior to diagnosis, are there things I can/should be doing right now to help manage my disease?
4. Are there any other medications or vaccinations you should be currently avoiding?
5. What are possible future symptoms or complications that I should be watching out for?

Great advice Scipio I just took a blank today when I was feeling like putting pen to paper being ill just consumes you're mind at times then when you try to organise your self you can't think I so appreciate this i will put all this to the doctor. X

I just realised to when you mentioned medicines of be avoided I was up two weeks ago at the hospital one of the docs gave me ibuprofen told me to take it for pain relief I did and it sent my gut into turmoil so I guess I should avoid it they gave me antibiotics last night and I feel so I'll today also I don't seem to tolerate oral antibiotics well either so you have made me think sicipo thank you hope your having a good day
true I pray Thursday is a day to get some answers I know I won't no until all tests are done but Maby something will come to light
