Can Entocort Cause Hairloss?

Anyone know? isn't it a steriod and can't it get in your system and do what steriods can do?

I have been on Entocort for about 7 months and still have all of my hair.... I have a few Greys now tho that I didn't have before I was diagnosed.... And I'm only just about to turn 29... But that could be stress!!!

If it helps... I have had NO side effects from Entocort at all....

well I assume my male pattern baldness was just that, but, given that I started thinning since I've been on the entocort, well, I was hoping maybe I could keep my lushous curls if I stop the entocort. One way to find out i guess.

I didnt lose any hair while on Entocort but still on pentasa ( now 3 months) and my hair has been falling out over the last three weeks- apparently 1% of people on pentasa get hair loss but i understand that prednisone and Entocort can also trigger hair loss

I have been having hairloss after 3 months on Entacort. Does anyone know if it's temporary? Does it ...grow back?

All I know is, I took Entocort for a few months and lost the hair on the outsides (right side of my right leg, left side of my left leg) of my calves.

Still hasn't grown back all these years later.

OH GREAT. My hair loss was around temple and crown. Already had fine hair.
