Can you ferment scd yogurt TOO long?

Im only at my moms house on weekends. If i made the yogurt sunday and didnt come back untill Friday (5 days) is that fermenting TOO long? Is there such a thing? The book says at least 24 hours but doesnt say anything about a maximum time

Never tried more than 27-30 hours, but 5 days....sounds too much....
