Cannabis Caps

Do any of you have experience making cannabis capsules? I'd like to try this instead of making brownies.

I read something about MCT oil somewhere (probably in these forums) and I immediately thought of infusing it with cannabis. I suppose coconut oil would be just as effective. My only concern is that the oil would dissolve a gelatin capsule.

Any suggestions?

I made some capsules using coconut oil. They weren't very effective for some strange reason. I did a lot of testing with dosage and it was a big fail. I don't see how eating the brownie was more effective than consuming straight oil? I didn't feel any pain killing effects in my gut. The most that happened is that I got very sleepy. There was no psychoactive effect.

I have most of the oil stored in a glass dropper bottle.

I guess I'll just save it and use it for topical treatments.

My intestines do not like injested canabis products of any kind. For me they can set off a flare.

Oil will not dissolve a capsule. Alcohol tinture in a cap will. Make sure that any cannabis is decarboxylated (via heat) before eating. You may find it better to not ingest plant material and get your cannabinoids were extracted into butter or oil.
