Good Morning All,
I recently went through a pretty intense flare due to the stress of finishing up with school and trying to find a job. My gastro specialist suggested that I change my Humira dosage to weekly injections once she saw my results from the most recent colonoscopy. Has anyone had this happen to them? Any benefits/symptoms that showed up? I was also prescribed a hefty dose of prednisone, but I was able to talk my specialist into allowing me to take a lower dose that I felt more comfortable working with. On top of all of this, my pharmacy sent me the wrong type of injection needles and I can not decide if I should just suck it up and learn to inject myself, or call back and demand for the automatic injector pens. Thanks in advanced for any feedback. I am a bit anxious about this next step in my treatment, but I know I will push through and be alright in the end. I hope everyone else is doing well! Keep on keeping on!
