Hello Lance,

I am not glad that you have had the disease for 6 years, but am glad that you have been able to live with it untreated without it getting much worse. It is really hard to say what you can do without making any changes (like diet changes or treatment changes) as otherwise there is a seemingly equal chance of your condition staying the same or better, and getting worse. I imagine that your diet does not consist too much of things that are hard for you to eat, as it would not make sense to continue eating things that just cause you pain. I really suggest taking some action to try and make your condition managable. This may include seeing a doctor, making some diet changes, reducing stress, or other options. Obviously not including seeing a doctor, but the other options can all be done independantly and through your own research.

This forum is a good resource of information, and you can ask any questions you would like. The internet has tons of other stuff and there are many books on this subject. You can probably find some at your local library if you do not wish to purchase them.
