well I am over my colonoscopy experience and got my results today. Said that mucosa in rectum and signmoid colon was congested and erythematous.:shifty: Now I really don't have a clue what that means so I looked up internet and it said increased redness and swelling. It also said left sided colitis up to 30cm. Rest of colon to caecum was normal. So they just recommended the Pentasa and Predfoam and review in 12 weeks. I have been on the predfoam for 2 weeks. But now that I have stopped bleeding starts again straight away. this happens everytime. I have another box so I am going to take that but If bleeding starts again I am not waiting 12 weeks. It is really weird usually I was not taking any notice but now that I have had a blood free 2 weeks I am dreading seeing that blood again, i just think that it can't be good loosing blood everyday. I never really have any other symptoms, sometimes a dull empty kind of pain. Anyway I will persist with my meds and hopefully it gets under control My diagnosis is still Crohn's disease even though it said left sided colitis so I guess I have a combination?
