Today I'm feeling pretty good and I was toying with the idea of starting a team for a local crohns/colitis walk for the cure. It would be for a good cause of coarse, it'd be good to get out and enjoy a day with my fiance and my son...but here lies the problem. I don;t know of a whole lot of people who would want to donate or join my team other than my fiance and maybe a couple of small donations from my family. I don't have a lot of friends and the ones I do have aren't really the donating/walking type. I guess I'm reluctant...

I would say go for it! Every dollar counts as the CCFC and CCFA are non profit orgs that are fighting for a cure! I have a friend in CA and she goes and I also donate to hers and my own walk (my husband and dog goes) ours is changed to the Gutsy Walk. If you can go and you feel up to it, go! It is self rewarding. What about where you work or your finance's work? Family? Your friends should support you that is what friends are for. Let us know what you decide. I am behind you!
