Cramps

I’ve had crohns for 11 year I’m on imuran or azathioprine normally just have to watch my diet but since last Friday I’ve had intermittent cramp which I assume is trapped wind can anyone recommend something to ease it the pharmacy won’t give me anything as I stupidly mentions the aza , it’s crippling pain any suggestions welcome

Not yet I’m hoping it passes like normal I will if it still hurts after the bank holiday weekend

One tip I was given by the ER was to rub your abdomen in circles. Counterclockwise with respect to the view as you face another person. This is the direction that food traverses through the piping. I've done it and it does work sometimes, I can feel something free up.
