Crohn's and Adrenal Gland removal...

Hello to all there I'm a newbie, from Italy, I'm gonna introduce myself soon, promised
But I need to know more urgently if there is anybody else who has to handle a stress period with Crohn's after beeing surgered for removal of an adrenal gland... Or if there's anyone with adrenal gland disfunctions... How to "limit" colitis ?
