Good Morning Everyone,
Looking for a crohns cookbook for my son, who is in college, very picky
even before crohns. Need the recipes to be easy, not alot of ingredients.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thankyou.

They both have some good information and recipes in them, though both diets are popular enough that you can easily Google for recipes for them as well.
