Made a timeline that shows immunodeficiency discoveries in crohn's disease.

Sorry if I forgot studies.

Crohn's disease features failure of the immune system to clear pathogens. Lowered initial inflammation and malfunctioning autophagy.

I read all studies on there, I think it's really dumb that crohn's disease is put under the IBD umbrella with UC.

It should be grouped with chronic granulomatous disease and MSMD as a "PID" disease.

UC does not have the autophagy and bacterial recognition issues, and UC features autoimmunity, there is no autoantigen in CD, why is it grouped with UC, CD should be with other PID.
