Do you or someone you know suffer from Crohn’s disease?
If so, a doctor in your area is conducting a clinical research study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational oral medication for the treatment of Crohn’s disease.
To participate in this clinical research study, you must have been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease for at least 3 months, currently have moderate to severe disease, and be 18 years of age or older. There may be reasons that you might not qualify to participate in this study, depending on your study doctor’s opinion of your general health.
Study participants will receive an initial consultation, study related examinations including blood draws, and study medications at no cost. You will be asked to read and sign the informed consent, attend the study center at least 6 times over a 10 week period, complete a daily diary, and adhere to the dosing schedule and study procedures. The study medications will either be placebo or the investigational drug.
