I've been reading about the new research showing that the candida tropicalis fungus might be part of Crohns:
One thing I was considering was "Gymnema sylvestre" which seems to have some antifungal properties against candida tropicalis in studies.
Interested to hear any results, if so.

The research team concluded that Gymnema sylvestre extract can be potentially tested as an effective remedy for the management of UC symptoms in human subjects due to its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant behavior in biological tissues. -bionews-tx
The dried scale leaves of G. sylvestre might represent a new antimicrobial source with stable, biologically active components that can establish a scientific base for the use in modern medicine. -journal of acute disease
"The new research identifies a fungus known as Candida tropicalis that, when paired with the bacteria Serratia marcescens and E. Coli, may lead to the development of Crohn's disease in some."
Has anyone tried anything like antifungals that might fight off the Candida tropicalis together with probiotics?
