I had health screening last year and I asked the doctor for the reason of my weight lost. I had gone thru colonscopy and the doctor suspected TB or crohn. But culture test ruled out TB. In the colonoscopy report....it was "Mucosa: extensive moderate erythema; patchy moderate mucopurulent exudate; multiple plemorphic ulcers from Caceum to Hepatic flexure region".
Indeterminate colitis (moderately active, segmental colitis) was diagnosed but nothing was concluded.

Doctor wanted me to treat for crohn once TB is ruled out. But I was not prepared for any medicine as I never ever had any medicine in my life and dont believe in medicines. I dont have any joint pain or headache or any other illness/pain. For the last one year my weight is stable (although little bit under-weight).

Does anybody have crohn or colitis and not suffering from any illness or pain?

I had Crohn's for 9 years with almost no symptoms. I occasionally had diarrhea if I ate something that didn't agree with me and sometimes I felt a little bloated but generally I was fit and healthy and had a very active life. The only medication I was on at the time was Sulphasalazine. Then in 2007 my brother died and the very next day almost every symptom of active severe Crohn's descended on me - pain, vomiting, bloody stools, stenosis, etc etc. The next 3 years were the worst ever until fnally my guts perforated and I had emergency surgery with removal of 80 cm of intestines including the TI. Following surgery I had a pulmonary embolism and am now on Warfarin for life.

I don't want to sound at all preachy and tell you what you should do but if your doctor is advising you to start treatment then perhaps it's for a reason. The fact that you do not "believe in medicines" is totally irrelevant.

I wish you the very best.

I agree. I would not refuse treatment with this illness. Even if you are feeling okay. Some people do get by without meds, so I know not everyone has to take them all of the time. However, I personally, wouldn't risk it. This disease can get so bad so quick.
