I was watching the doctors with my mom, saw this little recipe and figured it might help some of you guys with your big D problems. :smile:

Diarrhea-Be-Gone Popsicle
¼ cup water
¼ cup of carrot juice
4 oz. plain, unsweetened yogurt
¼ cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons lime juice
Dash of salt
Whisk or blend ingredients together and freeze

Water: Helps with rehydration.
Carrot Juice: Contains essential oils to help soothe the mucus lining in the stomach.
Lime and blueberries: Contain substances that kill the pathogens that cause diarrhea.
Unsweetened yogurt: Contains live cultures that help replenish the bacteria that are supposed to be in the gut to help with digestion.
Salt: For electrolytes.
