Do you notice a correlation with tenderness in the abdomen?
Whenever I get a checkup, my gastroenterologist always pokes me in the abdomen (under the rib cage) to check for tenderness (I think -- been a while since I asked why she did it). Is this something I can self check on a daily basis between visits to (very) loosely gauge inflammation? My crohns is in the terminal ileum.
I'm trying to better monitor my body's reaction to foods so if that's worth paying attention to, that'd be convenient.
