I started taking a supplement containing three strains of probiotics. One of them is Clostridium butyricum, which has shown to induce butyrate and encourage the growth of specific types gut flora Crohn's sufferers are lacking.
Has anyone taken this specific probiotic or another supplement containing Clostridium butyricum? Was curious if you've seen any benefit.
The supplement is called Probiotic-3 from Advanced Orthomolecular Research.
