Does any1 take citalopram with tramadol

I got started on citalopram (antidepressant) 4 weeks ago, only take tramadol when I have a bad flare up. Iv read I cant tale tramadol with citalopram, is this true? I tried taking tramadol before reading I shouldn't and ended up feeling all tingly and not right. I'm ok now, was sick which resulted in part of the capsule coming back up.
