For those that don't know me - i'm 16, i'm undiagnosed but with Crohns and UC running in my family.
Okay, so I have to sleep around 11/12 hours a night, otherwise I feel worse. I have to have a nap mid afternoon otherwise I sleep through dinner, and if I sleep through dinner, I don't eat, and if I don't eat on time, my stomach plays up then I feel worse than I would anyway, and then I can't sleep so I don't get my 11/12 hours sleep then it gets all messed up and I get worse than I should. I can't move around too much either so leaving the house is a massive no unless I wanna be worse.
Anyone else have a routine that they just can't risk messing up?
