Since many auto-immune diseases get worse in hot weather (MS, for example), I started wondering today if Crohn's is the same way. Especially as relates to energy levels.
I live in the Arizona desert where it's VERY hot in the summer. I went up north into the mountains today and I felt more energy than I have felt for MONTHS . . . I can't help but wonder whether part of that is because it was in the high 60s instead of being 107 as it was this last week in the Phoenix metro area where I live.
