We were here 3 years ago after initial diagnosis as we were on full EN. Now he is EN , no meds and controlled food. Still odd to have no easter eggs..

To all those in the same position ... it will be worth it!

What group of food is he not allowed?
Milk , egg or sugar?
There are plenty of milk free bunnies and candy at divies.
If its total EEN and sugar is allowed

The. There. Are cotton candy that can be made into cupcakes or bunnies.
Pure sugar " cookies-bunny molds with sugar boiled in water the. Let to harden in the mold.

Again depends what your free of.
DS did thanksgiving and Christmas on EEN .

I heard this complaint yesterday. D is on EEN so NO food at all. Chocolate never agreed with her since diagnosis, but not having any food was kinda a reminder of no chocolate eggs yesterday. They weren't passing them out in the hospital either.

To those parents that had to hear the disappointment or complaints yesterday & to the kids that didn't get any chocolate eggs), big hugs!
