Since I started Humira I am having headaches and migranes. They are not connected to my shots, I get them randomly up to 3-4 times a week. They are stronger when I am tired and they usually start early in the morning and go on for the rest of the day. Sometimes its so bad I cannot even stand the light. I never had migranes before, I had a handfull of headaches until now all related to some sinus problems. Now my sinuses are clear, my blood pressure is fine, I eat normally (I am in remission) and I havent changed my daily schedule. And yet I feel like someone is hitting me with a hammer inside my head at least once a week. I tried head massage, herbal tea, paracetamol, nothing works. I have university exams next month and I need to study, I cannot think when I have a headache let alone study. I mentioned it to my GI last time I saw him and got the standard answer I get when I mention side effects "Be patient its just a minor side effect from Humira" Ugh.

Any ideas I can use? I cannot sleep on it cause I cannot sleep at all when I have a headache. I cannot swallow paracetamol like candy all the time. My next GI appt is May 6th but I dont think I will get a better answer.

That's pretty impressive. I usually get a headache for a few hours immediately post injection but not during the week.

Any other effects outside of the headache: clumsiness, weak, brain function?

No just some usual ones, a rash on my face and general skin dryness. I use a very heavy moisturizer on my face but I stil have skin flakes and dry patches (I look 15 again), The rash is red and itches a couple of days after the injection, then calms down to small red pimples and goes wild again after the next shot. I am not so weak any more, actually I gained my energy back after I started Humira. My brain works fine (I guess), my lab work is fine, my potassium is normal (AT LAST) just the mother effing headaches
