Employer coming for a wellbeing visit

Hi iv had mri now waiting for urgent colonscopy been off work since Feb my test results came bk high and have been told bowel disease and raised liver my employer has phoned with and want to come and visit with hr for a wellbeing visit my gastric consultant doesn't want me bk till all tests and treatment started really worried I have good days and days in pain fatigue really worried about them coming any body had this with employers

Yes,quite a few times it can is fairly standard especially for big companies,do the have have an occupational health dept and are they involved?
