Energy Boost for a tired teen

Hi Everyone,
After 3 weeks of no-flare, growing strength etc. I had a flare last week, worst for a while, and a colonoscopy, (been off iron tabs cos of colonoscopy) so strength is down to an all time low again, but I want to start living again, I wondered if anyone had used or heard reviews about this product http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=4492&prodid=5290&cid=224
I am considering buying it to help me but wanted a verdict if poss?
Any advice would be appriciated

I never tried those sprays or know anything about them.

But I used those 5-hour energy shots a lot when I worked landscaping and they worked like a charm. I would have to get up everyday at 4am and be unbelievably tired and i'd take one just before starting and I was 100% awake and had energy within 10min

Ooh thanks I'll look into those too, they sound good, are you limited to how many of those you can have, can you have 2 a day? Once one lot of 5 hours has run out?

I have had 2 in a day before, but if you do make sure you drink water because it has a lot of caffeine which dehydrates the body.
