My doctor has put me on Entocort for 7 months ( 3 pills a day ) for 4 months and ( 2 pills a day ) for 3 months all together. I am wondering about long term side effects , I've been taking it for 1 month and its not all that bad , sometimes I feel a little weak some headaches here and there, but can this get worst after a couple of months? Also, what about physical appearence ? I've been hearing it makes your face enlarge , makes you get bigger? Any comments, suggestions would help , thanks!

I have been on Entocort for 3 months now. I didn't have any side effects. Usually it is Prednisone that makes your face enlarge. Entocort is not a strong so you don't get the side effects that Prednisone has. The one thing Entocort really helped me with was making me feel better and giving me the appetite to finally gain some of my weight back. Before being on it I was struggling to just keep the 86 lbs. I already had on me. Now I am a much healthier 108 lbs. It also seemed to give me a nice energy boost...that has stopped since begining to wean off of it
