Excess gas before Humira is due?

Does anyone else experience more gas the day or two before a schedule Humira injection?

I don't, no. I would think it's probably a sign of some abdominal discomfort/the need to pass a BM, though. Or yeast/bacteria fermenting.

I do. It seems that everything I eat a few days before my shot leads to a ton of bloating and gas

I dont recall having this issue. But I imagine a lot of it may be diet related?

How often do you have the injections? I had to switch to weekly because at 9 days I'd start to get cramping.

I totally had this last week which was my second regular dose. I bet they up me to once a week.

Mine is every two weeks, and the bloating doesn't seem to be diet related. I try to stick to the same foods, and eat really pretty light during the day while I am at work. I just thought it was some weird side effect.
