Facebook anyone??

Ok so after reading the Myspace thread I jumped on the bandwagon and became totally

obsessed with it - now that the Myspace obsession has died down, I've become hooked

on Facebook!! I love it! I think it's so much better then Myspace and Hi5 and all

those other 10 million sites that exist . . . At first I wasn't too keen but my

friend made my profile for me . . . I was told "it's at a 'university' level and

doesn't have any bogans or teeny boppers" I guess what she meant was that it's a

bit more "mature" then the other sites . . . Ok it's hard to explain! But i'm

totally hooked on it now and it's really not helping with all this uni work that I

have to get done!!
Does anyone else use Facebook??

I have a myspace and a facebook, and much prefer Myspace because it's easier to navigate, and loads faster, and you can be more artsy with your page....and I disagree with your facebook assessment to a degree, because they have those stupid "who's more popular, who's more datable, bumpersticker application, you've been made a top friend in so and so's profile, your popularity is rising!" crap...that's no different than the cliquey high school stuff Myspace is condemned for. Facebook's still alright, and I like certain aspects of it though...

I don't have a myspcae but do you FB and have reconnected with old friends using it which makes it worthwhile. I tend to ignore most applications, but some are kind of funny. I also stay in touch with many of my family who are far away, and that's pretty cool for me, esp as we move with my hubby's job.
