Gawd. That would hurt so bad... I thought the general idea was to avoid fibre. But then again, I could be wrong.

hi amanda, i have had crohn's for 21 years now and i avoid all fibre unless it's soluble fiber and probotic. if you are in remission you can try it. but, if your not in remission and have viomting and diarrhea or loose bws. i would probably stay clear of it. if your not a diet plan now. try to keep a diary of sorts and see what foods effect you and what foods don't and list them down and probably stick to it. there is a link at the bottom this page called crohn's diease diet. just click the link. give them your email address. they will send you a confirmation email . send back the confirmation email. and they send via email a pdf file (book) make sure you have adobe reader. you will find insiteful. best wishes. if the link doesn't show up just click the arrow button it's there.

Thanks yall. I read the book and it has some interesting facts in there so I guess it's worth a try. I met the author (Brenda Watson) 2 weeks ago and she told me some other stuff to take that would help me as well. She recommended "intestinew powder" & "ultimate critical colon 80 billion". From the reviews i've read people have had great results.

And I don't believe the extra fiber could make things any worse for me considering I have diarrhea 8-10x's a day anyway.
