I asked in the diet/fitness if anyone had ever heard of the "fiber 35 diet" before and if so, did they like it...
So I just wanted to share with everyone what I know about this diet. I met Brenda Watson (the author & founder) two weeks ago. This diet is great for everyone...from IBS, Crohn's, blood pressure, diabetes, and much more. The diet is high fiber and high protein. The book had some great information in it. She also told me to start taking "Intestinew" and "Ultimate Critical Colon 80 billion probiotic". I have read the reviews on both of those products and everyone says they immediately starting feeling much better within a couple of days. If anyone would like more info I will be happy to share.
Have a great day!!

I guess everyone is different but fibre is a big no no for me. It makes my symptoms worse. However, it seems like interesting information :thumleft:

More protein, sure everyone could use more but increased fiber? No way! Its hard to digest to begin with let alone for people who have inflammation etc, where fiber will just run right through you. It's not a diet I'd recommend to anyone with Crohn's (unless maybe they were one of the rare cases where they deal with chronic constipation).

I am very much in agreement, Fibre is a huge NO for me also! I am currently on a low residue (low fibre) diet and managing better! It is always interesting to read others opinions and experiences though so thank you!
