I had no adverse reaction to my four loading shots. I took them at home, in the morning, and felt fine. I had some fatigue around mid day and then dealt with some insomnia the next couple of days. Melatonin took care of the insomnia and now, three months later, i sleep like a baby. Fatigue pops up every now and then, but ill deal with fatigue in exchange for how well Humira manages my arthritis (primary issue) and Crohns. But you never know how you are going to react. Everyone is different. It is probably prudent to have someone around when you take your first doses just to be safe. If you can afford to take off of work, that's fine too but if you take the dose early in the morning, you will know pretty quickly if you react in some odd way to the meds. If no adverse reaction, you have time to go to work.
