Hey guys, used to come on here a bit and forgot my password so i created a a new account. I was diagnosed in like february after I had gotten sick at school over 13 months ago. I am finally back at school and so far ive done really good considering I have class 8-4 everyday and endless work - its a masters program. Anways I stayed up rather late on Saturday and I ate 1 or 2 bad meals, on top of that i had the flu for a week, and sprained my ankle to the point where i was on crutches and couldnt get exercise. Its been a few weeks of bad things and I was able to recover from those by keeping calm - but yesterday and 2day ive just been in the washroom a lot, in a lot of pain and totally noxious especially in the morning - I guess im kinda worried because i have exams coming up 11 exams in 13 days lol - I just need to build up my system this week - and I hate going to on campus doctors because they are useless when it comes to dealing with crohns...i dont see my specialist til after january...any suggestions on what I should do? Its easy to say Ill be fine and take a calm approach but when this disease hits - its easier said then done and considering It wiped me out last year pretty good I wanna make sure I can fight through this flare
