ok been hard dealing with the low energy is there any supplements that i could take to increase my energy that will not interact bad with remicade

I just ate a big ole spoon full of it, but you can mix it in food if you want. You also can cook in it, but it has a low flash point, so you have to use low heat.

It is like eating a spoon full of grease that has a slight Coconut taste. It is packed with easily digested fats. It will actually increase your energy and metabolism until your body adjusts to it, but it has lots of fuel for energy after that initial effect.

It is called Oil but it is hard like cold butter until it melts in your mouth. I liked the taste but some may not. It is so antibacterial that it keeps for a heck of a long time.

Fantastic.. I bought some for cooking, LOL! Who knew I had a remedy in my cupboard! *CHEER*

This is something that I am definitely going to try...I have little energy and am on Remicade...I will try anything at this point! Thank you Dan

I have been using it for years to cook with. It is yummy and my family does not mind it. My naturalpathic doctor recomended it because in has enzymes that help digestion.

Coconut oil also has a high sat fat ratio, so keep that in mind. A spoonful or two wouldn't mean much, but an ongoing influx of it would have that facet come into play over time I'd think. It's one of the highest oils as far as sat fat content in proportion to MUFA's and PUFA's (the healthy unsaturated fats) and it's on the other end of the spectrum from Olive and Canola oils. At least it's natural though, and the properties Dan mentioned should be considered.
