Forgot to take my dose of entorcort today

Hey so I just want someone to give me some information. I've been taking entorcort for a month and a half now and are down to 2 pills a day for the rest of this month then 1 for the month of January. I slept in today and rushed to work and thought I have brought my prescription with me, which I didn't and forgot it at home. I'm in the middle of my diagnosis and things are going very well with this drug as it pretty much cleared all my symptoms so far. Will missing today's dose affect anything? I feel perfectly atm and feel no changes really. Anyone help me out?

I would take it as soon as you can.

Per Medline: "Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one."

I have missed a day before and did fine just taking the next day's dose.

I'd take it now and take tomorrow's dose at lunch/afternoon and days after at regular morning schedule. When your're in doubt, your pharmacist is always able to answer questions related to medications.

I have done that before, by the time I got home from work it was to late so I just took my
next regular dose.

My daughter has missed doses as well and been fine. She usually doesn't get home until too close t the next dose so we just wait for the next dose.

Glad it is working for you. Are you also on a maintenance med that will continue to take of things once Entocort is finished?

Yes I missed one dose when I was on three a day. Don't think it caused any issue.

Last tablet today!
