GED-0301 looks promising and a more reasonable medication that some of the other horrible junk we have to endure.
Antisense drugs aren't new to the market, however GED-0301 is still in trial. I'm wondering if anyone knows of an alternative that may be compoundable to work with Crohn's, in the same way things like Naltrexone have been.
