From all the research I've done, I have learned that glycine (l-glycine) is a great anti inflammatory. A lot of those with leaky but etc take it or take collagen (which contains high levels of glycine). However, I haven't been able to find much info about those with Crohn's specifically using it and how useful it is. In theory it seems like it could be a great asset, as inflammation is something we all struggle with. But I wonder if it translates into symptom relief, and if anyone has tried supplementing with it or not. Many thanks in advance!
