just getting the word out there that for some reason this brand of wheat is very well tolerated, in my experiance at least. where i have tried 2 other brands that lead to feeling sick, and one led to obviously increased disease activity lick bloating pain and loose stools. these were the only things i was changing in my diet at the time, as i follow a very simple diet that is the same every day, so my conclusions are very accurate, my this may not apply to our body.
