Hi, had my sigmoidoscopy, all clear so was told 100% IBS. Lining, small bowel, end of colon, rectum - everything was normal.
What I was wondering - and this is slightly off topic is - when I rung my Dr for my stool sample results (i gave in 2, one to check infection one for inflammation) I was told they're all normal. But 1 test came back high... hormone in the stool.
Any one know what hormone in the stool actually is/means?
