Has anyone ever used Accredo?

My doctor is switching me from Remicade to Humira, so I have to use a specialty pharmacy to get the syringes. We had a choice between Accredo and Walgreens, and we picked Accredo randomly. The day that it was prescribed I called them and got everything sorted out. They had a copy of my prescription, and they told me it would only take a few days for insurance to approve it because my file was marked urgent. I was assured that my Humira would be sent either that Friday or the following Monday at the latest.

After hearing nothing for over a week I called again. They told me that they had only approved the maintenance dose of Humira and that they didn't have a prescription for the loading dose. (My doctor had only written the loading dose prescription, so I don't know how they got this wrong). So we had my doctors office call them and get the loading doses authorized. This was last week. They told me that it should ship on Friday, and I'd have the humira by Saturday. So since I had heard nothing again, I called this morning. They told me they hadn't gotten prior approval on my prescription, so they had voided it. Now I have to get my doctor's office to send the entire thing again. Hopefully this time it'll go through!

Has anybody ever used Accredo before? I'm hoping this is unusual, and that they don't have issues when I'm trying to get my humira every two weeks from now on. After looking them up online it seems like lots of people have trouble with this company... If it gets really bad I'm going to switch to Walgreens, but they said it would take two to three weeks to get insurance to approve it, and I want to start it as soon as possible!
